Comment:  Chi O doesn't excel in any sort of way. There is nothing about them that stands out. They're decent girls with decent personalities and a decent sisterhood. Overall, lackluster. Also, you never hear about them or see them anywhere except for the same 5 girls that always go out. Everyone is currently marketing themselves and trying to make themselves appealing and Chi O is just sitting in the dark completely unnoticed. They need to be more involved WITH EVERYONE and put themselves out there!
