Comment:  I definitely agree with the previous comment! Beta is a great house, but the other houses ranked in the top five here are definitely not realistic. Beta, Sig Ep, and Farmhouse should be the top three, the other houses that are listed are either self ranking or....well that's the only explanation of how they are ranked that high. If I was to give an honest rough estimate of the top five fraternities, it would go: 1. Beta 2. Sig Ep 3. Farmhouse 4. SAE 5. Phi Delt or Delta Tau Delta
