Comment:  I'm honestly very surprised at the ratings here at UNL, especially the Beta's in regards to the houses rated above them. They are very academically oriented and have constantly been a source of gentlemen on a campus that is moving away from it. I can always expect to be treated well by all of them and feel safe whenever i attend their parties.
