Comment:  Kappa Delta at Troy has the reputation for being the loud party girls. Most of the girls are somewhat attractive and definitely know how to have a good time. They aren't always the most classy, especially the upperclassmen. The newer pledge classes are surprisingly a lot more reserved. Having said that, there are still plenty of crazy ones. Like every one else, there are always the few that stand out in looks, personality, and involvement. I would put them at 2 or 3.
