Comment:  Neither mid nor top, probably upper mid if you have to put them in a tier. Historically have been very tight with PiPhi, DDD, Theta, and APhi. But, DDD is terrible now so doubt they'll restore that relation. Very large house next to SAE and Chi Psi. Makes for very big darties and pledge party. Considering they still have all the seniors and have been taking kids here and there while underground, they'll be picking up still as an upper mid and have mixers lined up for the start of fall. Anyone saying they'll be bottom tier doesn't understand how rankings work or is clueless about the relevant chapters here lololol.
