Comment:  It’s CU affiliated. Means it’s supposed to be a dry house. Went here and was told by brothers to go upstairs to do anything. Some of the guys were kinda weird. Having their property has what’s made them “popular”. Kinda like the kid from your hometown who inherited his dad’s Pontiac. It’s cool when he first gets it but it becomes old when he shows up to the ten year reunion in it. You’d be better off in literally any ifc fraternity
