Comment:  Never. Again. I waited in the curbside pickup for 17 minutes before going inside to see what was going on. There, I found two managers and another employee huddled around a clipboard looking at scheduling or something of the like. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was backed up all the way around the building. I don't know who owns this franchise, but they need to have it taken away from them.
