Comment:  I tried to be as fair as possible on this rating. I have several friends in this house and they party hard and have a good time but they do not have a good reputation on campus. There have been several scandals and many of their girls can be catty. They are not a top choice but no way are they bottom either. They could move back up with strong leadership and being kinder to each other. Wishing them luck with that.
