Comment:  On their way up. They're figuring this out more and more. At a time when classically top tier Villanova fraternities (SAE, Phi Sig) are falling out, they fill a niche. By next Fall, they'll be up and running with the Barn, and by the Spring they'll have established themselves in full. Beyond that, this is filled with genuine and honest guys who want to get involved and have fun.
