Comment:  overall from what I've seen and heard this fraternity is constantly competing with Delta Chi. Don't get me wrong. Delta Chi has a lot of douche bags and can be more friendly but from what I have seen Pi Kapp is half good guys and half losers.... They talk a lot of crap about delta chi and alpha sigma phi but they are way to new to be doing this. They talk about their house all the time but they didn't earn it. Must be nice to be given everything. Talk more when you earn it. That is all...
