Comment:  They're a bottom tier house but not bottom tier like tke or sigma pi. They have a decent house and really try to make connections with sororities and improve themselves. The problem is that they have poor discipline with who they rush. When I talk to them it seems like some of the guys they pull in are solid but others are social misfits who thought joining a frat would make them cool, which makes sororities hesitant to associate with them even if some of the brothers have good relations.
