Comment:  Thetas win awards because they know how to work the system. Have won the President's Trophy a few times, but that does not automatically mean they are the top House.Thetas just know how to fill out the paperwork and politic to appear something other than what they actually are which is extreme exclusivity and intolerance for others not in their social circle. That is Theta's definition of Classy. Be warned - you may or may not be classy enough for them if you are a kind, accepting-type of girl.
