As a sorority woman who has overcame an eating disorder (though I'll always struggle a bit) theres no way for us to know what could be a trigger for you. If you're not to the point where you can control triggers and not let it set you back,I think you should maybe wait a year before going through recruitment. I was never triggered by anything during rush, but I had been okay for about three years beforehand. If you think you need to "steer clear" of houses, then I would say wait all together.
