Theyre two completely different things. snap bids are given to girls who maximized their options all week and were still cut from every house--snap bids will get a call saturday morning saying that they've been given a snap bid and to go to the stadium to get the bid with everyone else. COB is a seperate process that will start probably September/October by houses who still need to fulfill quota because of girls dropping after receiving bids. You can COB for a year if you accept a bid given to you. Hope this helps.
