the lukewarm Old Row houses after DKE OX better than SAE in my 2 years. DX not top 6, but with Pike limping I'd vote them 8 or maybe 7 cause they got stronger. I think KA is low, Beta is a little high and I actually think LXA may be 9-10. My Mother does not smoke crack, that I know of.
