Aside from AGR, which fraternities have the nicest houses? Row houses are all built pretty similarly, but are all maintained differently, depending on amount of members and money, I suppose. There's also a lot to be said for off row houses too, in my opinion. I think on row, the nicest houses have got to be SAE, Pike, and ATO. Again, I'm not going by what tier they are. Off row, I think TKE has the nicest house, but the rest are a toss up. Thoughts?
