NO!! ADPi and KD are really strong only in the South...plus here and there. And AOPi, despite having lots of chapters, is not strong at many large schools—Big Ten and SEC to name a few. And while XO is big nationally, they have a very weak presence on the West and East Coast. And WTF is Pi Beta Phi? They are very strong nationally. Do your REAEARCH before you post a list.
