Subject:
2021 Recruitment Eval by house based on social media

Poster Message:
Opinions based on what I see on socials AXO: Theme: cute idea but not well executed. A little boring Girls: 2nd most shocking class..very cute girls with some body type diversity. Strong class and as long as grades are strong this year, could be comp to Chio. ADPi: Theme: ok theme, quote kind of cute though. Shirts didn’t really match the theme other than they threw a cowgirl hat and boots on it. Girls: pretty girls that fit their standard mold but a few shockers for them. Glad to see that touch of body type diversity. AGD: Theme: pretty basic but cute. Could have done more with it. Girls: a great example why trusting the system works. New recruits match their typical new classes, should have a great sisterhood. APhi: Theme: Cute theme. Loved the cloud. Girls: strong class for them. Love seeing some diversity. Chio: Theme: cute theme, was about to say they could have done better until I saw the pirate ship. New members shirts should have been a true red. The faded red next to the black was ehh. Pictures would have been better. Girls: typical mix for Chio girls that, by their standards, are most likely very well rounded. Will stay a very strong and desired house. TriDelta: Theme: love the sea of pink but I don’t get it? What was it supposed to be? Fun touch adding a cute DJ Girls: typical pretty new members. I didn’t really see any diversity. DG: Theme: very boring. I give them for some points for pulling it off without a house Girls: a lot like last years class. A good mixture of girls. Hopefully the new house will be worth the wait. DZ: Theme: Cute theme. Could have done more like adding a cool convertible for photo ops. Otherwise it was a little like an 8 year old boys birthday. Girls; these are your girls next door. Cute and probably will mesh very well. Gamma Phi: Theme: pretty weak Girls: love the diversity. Love how accepting they are. Good potential for a great sisterhood. Thetas: Theme: winner for theme! Great execution. Pajamas were such a fun change from T-shirt’s. Girls: speaking of pjs; interesting how they had ones to fit everyone. Definitely recruited girls with a certain “look” to fit their mold.” Pretty girls. Will stay high desired. KD: Theme: tied for second!! Loved the theme. Jerseys are adorable (not a KD but I want one!) Girls: cute cute cute and staying classy by being diverse. Kappas: Theme: Not digging the theme but the bounce house and bathtub for photos were fun Girls: actually I have to say, this was a good class for them that will mix well with the sisters they have. Good job with recruitment . Phi Mu: Theme: tied for 2nd based on the photo ops. Black light, neons, and loved the tie dye tanks for existing members, almost wish the new recruits had tie dye too but I actually liked how the new members stood out. Best come home card (those tickets were so cool) Girls: most shocking new recruits of the year. Last year there was some buzz about Phi Mu having a strong class but this years even raised the bar. Very cute girls. Not comparable to ADPi, TriDelt, and Thetas but if this year stays strong (grades too) could be a 3 way solid comparable with Chio and Axo. PiPhi: Theme: cute bit also could have done more with it. Girls: a lot like Aphi. Will be a solid class for them. Everyone did well and I hope everyone now sees why to trust the system.
