Go watch the new vlogs the sororities have pisted. They speak VOLUMES. For instance, I was disappointed to see Theta come across as shallow space cadets. It was gratifying to see Phi Mus as valuing community commitment and academic achievement (without being weird). Very clasdy, Phi Mu! These vlogs do appear to provide insight into what is important to each chapter. Do watch them.
