Kappa, AOII and AGD are bottom. Heck, didn't Kappa need to call in help from WKU for recruitment? Next layer up is DZ and DG because they are invisible. Alpha Chi goes on this level too just due to newness. I'm going to put Theta and Tri Delt on that level too because they have no class. Next up is KD, Pi Phi and Phi Mu. If you take all possible criteria, absolutely. The most popular houses are ADPi, Chi O, and Alpha Phi, but Alpha Phi has horrid retention issues and they recruit a certain "type." ADPi and Chi O have been the big names forever, and big rivals. I've known drop outs from all 3 who cited "pressure to be perfect." So who's they are the most popular, I am reluctant to say "best." The BEST house is the one that feels like home.
