Pi Phi and DG don't usually participate in Spring Rush. However, since Panhellenic is raising the chapter total starting fall quarter to 105, there may be a few different chapters participating in Spring Rush this year since they may have a lot of girls graduating out, worried about chapter total, etc. As far as which sororities are participating, I couldn't tell you, but keep an eye out. I'm sure those who are will PR during Week 1.
